Delete headerbanner folder from the server

3.2.0 now released to the

3.1.0 is available in this topic. It is identical to the 3.2.0 version released except for the style differences.

3.2.2-RC3 now available
Validation errors corrected, banner 'breaking out' in IE fixed. The banner will now scale to fit the full width in IE, the ACP size works in all other browsers.
