IST in Timezone CLock

How can I set it up to also use India Standard Time – IST ? Which is UTC+5:30.

I am sorry, but no matter how many different ways I try only whole hour timezones will work with this extension. I have tried many times to get the half hours to work, but with no luck.

I realise that its annoying (its been driving me crazy at times) and I wish there was a way around the problem.
