To make your life easier I have attached a zip containing the files needed to correct Fix responsive tabs
Before you start make a backup of your boards files (but then you always do that don't you?) then download and unzip the attached. You will then find two folders on your desktop. (adm and styles) Upload those folders to your boards root (where config.php is) and you will be asked if you want to overwrite 2 files. Accept that and the files will upload.
Purge your boards cache and the fix is in place.

No longer required as you should update to 3.3.2, kept for reference.
