To make your life easier I have attached a zip containing the files needed to correct the Known Issues in phpBB 3.2.9/3.3.0
Before you start make a backup of your boards files (but then you always do that don't you?) then download and unzip the attached. You will then find a folder called includes on your desktop. Upload that folder to your boards root (where config.php is) and you will be asked if you want to overwrite those 3 files. Accept that and the files will upload.
