I am afraid that 1.3.2 is not compatible with php 8.x.x

Although it has fewer features 1.2.0 is compatible with php 8.x.x and is available at the Timezone Clock archive. Disable and delete data before attempting to install the older version.

I am not currently developing Timezone Clock so I am afraid 1.3.2 will remain incompatible for the foreseeable

I have this installed works great, I have managed to get Auckland - New Zealand as one of the clocks the only thing I can't sort is how to get DST to display, all the other cities display it ok, they are +13 since switch over to DST. Is there anything I need to edit to fix this thanks

This is from the link you added for timezones
New Zealand +12:00 +13:00 Last Sunday in September, 02:00 1-st Sunday in April, 03:00

Doesn't setting the timezone to Australia work for you?

EDIT I have just seen that there is a weeks difference in switchover, which at the moment I am unable to work on a solution. Many apologies

Hey we are now on DST here in Sydney Australia and the clock has not changed over to show DST time, for the time to show correct I had to change the Offset from +10 (it should be +11 now) to +12 to show correct time, the New Zealand time is wrong as well if I use Australian settings +12 its 2 hours behind real time, using the +13 makes the clock still 1 hour behind, hope this makes sense and hopefully can be fixed thanks
