Did you delete the existing files before installing the newer version?

I suggest that you disable the extension, delete its data AND files, then download a fresh copy.

Sorry lost info on first post

My Board version 3.2 with proSilver and Google Search 3.2.2

I try disable extension , delete data , purge cache , delete ./cache folder and upload fresh copy several time but still this problem

My bad. It was a packing error. Disable the ext and delete the existing files before uploading and enabling the new version here-> download/file.php?id=433
